Ivory

I had a piece of my Great Grandmother's carved ivory made
into a drop to wear as a necklace.
I think it will look pretty with my Mammoth Ivory bracelet.

It is dangerously hot.
I went outside looking for bugs.
The Queen Ann's Lace is gorgeous right now.
I was out for about ten minutes.

Even the Dragonflies were staying in the shade.

I came in for reading






and processing trip photographs.



I am Mammoth dreaming.

    What a beautiful pendant of your Grandmothers. A wonderful idea to add it to your bracelet. It will make a cherished heirloom.

    Hi Lisa,
    I had the ivory piece made into pendant. It has been in a box for as long as I can remember. I had the bale and jump ring put on so I can slip it on a nice white gold chain I have. I needed a necklace to go with my bracelet. I have a wedding to attend and I am so excited to wear my ivory.
    It is so hot here...
